Melodia

Melodía is our villa with the most privacy, and the lowest located on our property. It can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. When you book the villa for two people, you have one bedroom and one bathroom. If you would also like to use the extra bedroom and bathroom, you can book this extra.

The villa has a beautiful spacious conservatory where you can have breakfast or relax and enjoy the sun. The large sliding windows can be opened 2/3, allowing you to bring the 'outside' inside.

There are two terraces: the private terrace on the ground floor, among the plants and flowers, and the large roof terrace with a beautiful view of the valley and the sea. Both are furnished with patio furniture.

The villa is comfortable and consists of a sitting area, dining table and equipped kitchen. You can watch television and stream your favorite program via the Google Chromecast. There is an excellent free WIFI connection available throughout the entire domain.

There is at least one window with a mosquito screen in every room of the villa.

There is a spacious, separate bathroom with shower, a bedroom and optionally a second bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.

The bedroom with a comfortable box spring of 180x200 and air conditioning ensures you a good night's sleep.

Aroma

Aroma is our smallest villa and is located right next to the upper pool. You can, as it were, take a refreshing dip straight from your bed after waking up.

Breakfast is brought to you on your covered terrace, where you can catch the first rays of sunshine very early.

The villa itself is cozy with a dining table for two and a seating area. You can watch television and stream your favorite program via the Google Chromecast. There is an excellent free WIFI connection available throughout the entire domain.

There is a small kitchen, equipped with all the comfort and equipment to prepare your lunch or a meal on the cooking-free evenings.

The bedroom with a comfortable box spring of 180x200 and ensuite bathroom with shower ensures you a good night's sleep.

There is an air conditioner in the bedroom. There is at least one window with a mosquito net in each room of the house.

Mirada

Mirada is the apartment located below Sensación, and therefore our coolest house. In addition, there is a spacious canopy over the terrace, so you always have a nice shady spot. Part of the terrace is not covered and is ideal for sunbathing. There is a lovely egg-shaped hanging chair under the covered terrace.

The apartment has a living room with dining table and sitting area. You can watch television and stream your favorite program via the Google Chromecast.

There is an excellent free WIFI connection available throughout the entire domain.

The bedroom with a comfortable box spring of 180 x 200 and the ensuite bathroom with toilet ensure you of a good night's sleep.

There is an air conditioner in the bedroom.

There is a separate bathroom with a spacious shower, second toilet and sink.

A second bedroom can be optionally booked. The bed measures 200 x 140 and is therefore ideal for a third person. When booking for 3 or 4 people, this bedroom is included as standard.

There is a kitchenette that is equipped with all the comfort and necessities to prepare your lunch or a meal on the cooking-free evenings.

At least one window with a mosquito screen is provided in each room.

Gusto

Gusto is centrally located with a view of the garden and is close to the bar and communal terrace and at the same time offers ample privacy thanks to the vegetation in the Gusto's front garden.

It is our largest accommodation and offers the possibility to accommodate four people.
The villa is rented as standard with one bedroom and one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, large living room with sitting area. In the salon you can watch television and stream your favorite program via the Google Chromecast. There is an excellent free WIFI connection available throughout the entire domain.

There is also a spacious, bright conservatory with dining table and relaxing chairs. You can open the sliding windows by 1/2. This way you bring the 'outside' completely indoors.

The villa has a spacious terrace with furniture and sun beds. You can enjoy breakfast in the conservatory or read a book in the evening.

You can optionally book an extra room and bathroom (toilet and bathroom furniture). If you book with three or four people, the basic setup is always two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Sensacion

Our showpiece was only built in 2022 and has a large private roof terrace with a 360-degree view. From the roof terrace you can see the sea, the city of Alicante with its castle, the mountainous landscape and the garden.

The roof terrace has a lounge area, a day bed, sun loungers and garden furniture. A pergola provides shade when it gets too hot. In the evening you can enjoy the clear starry sky.

Inside, everything is about upcycling with an eye for detail, making the interior very pure, unique and personal.
A large infinity window was placed in the living room, allowing you to see the spectacle of the ever-changing light of the rising sun on the mountains early in the morning.

There is a comfortable sofa and dining table. You can watch television and stream your favorite program via the Google Chromecast.

There is an excellent free WIFI connection available throughout the entire domain.

The bedroom with a comfortable box spring of 160x200 and ensuite bathroom ensures you a good night's sleep.

There is an air conditioner in the bedroom. And in every room of the apartment there is at least one window with a mosquito net.

If you want to cook on non-cooking days, you can use the fully equipped kitchen.

Sensación is the highest of all accommodations, so keep this in mind if you have difficulty walking.
