Melody

Melodía is our villa with the most privacy, and the lowest located on our estate. It accommodates a maximum of 4 people. When you book the villa for two people, you have one bedroom and one bathroom. If you would also like to use the extra bedroom and bathroom, you can book them additionally.

The villa has a nice spacious conservatory where you can have breakfast, or relax and enjoy the sunshine. The large sliding windows can be opened 2/3, allowing you to bring the outdoors inside.

There are two terraces: the private terrace on the ground floor, between the plants and flowers, and the large roof terrace with a beautiful view of the valley and the sea. Both are furnished with terrace furniture.

The villa is comfortable and consists of a sitting area, dining table and equipped kitchen. You can watch television and stream your favourite programme via Google Chromecast. There is an excellent free Wi‑Fi connection available throughout the estate.

In every room of the villa there is at least one window with a hor.

There is a spacious, separate bathroom with shower, a bedroom and optionally a second bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.

The bedroom with a comfortable boxspring of 180x200 and air conditioning ensures you a good night's sleep.

Aroma

Aroma is our smallest villa and is located right next to the upper pool. You can, so to speak, take a fresh dip straight from your bed after waking up.

Breakfast is brought to you on your covered terrace, where you can catch the first rays of sunshine very early.

The villa itself is cozily furnished with a two‑person dining table and a seating area. You can watch television and stream your favourite programmes via Google Chromecast. An excellent free Wi‑Fi connection is available throughout the entire property.

There is a small kitchenette, equipped with all the comforts and furnishings to prepare your lunch or a meal on cooking‑free evenings.

The bedroom with a comfortable 180x200 box spring and an ensuite bathroom with shower guarantees you a good night’s sleep.

An air‑conditioning unit is present in the bedroom. Every room in the house has at least one window with a curtain.

Mirada

Mirada is the apartment located under Sensación, and therefore our coolest house. Moreover, there is a spacious canopy over the terrace so you always have a nice shaded spot. A part of the terrace is not covered and is then ideal for sunbathing. Under the covered terrace stands a lovely egg-shaped hammock.

The apartment contains a living room with a dining table and seating area. You can watch television and stream your favorite programs via Google Chromecast.

There is an excellent free Wi‑Fi connection available throughout the entire domain.

The bedroom with a comfortable boxspring of 180 x 200 and the ensuite bathroom with toilet ensure you a good night's sleep.

In the bedroom there is an air conditioner.

There is a separate bathroom with a spacious shower, a second toilet and a washbasin.

Optionally, a second bedroom can be added. The bed is 200 x 140 and therefore ideal for a third person. When booking for 3 or 4 people, this bedroom is included by default.

There is a kitchenette that is still equipped with all the comfort and necessities to prepare your lunch or a meal on cooking‑free evenings.

Every room has at least one window with a balcony.

Gusto

Gusto is centrally located with a view of the garden and is close to the bar and the common terrace, and at the same time offers ample privacy thanks to the vegetation in the front garden of the Gusto.

It offers the possibility to stay there with two people.
By default the villa is rented with one bedroom and one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living area with a seating area. In the lounge you can watch television and stream your favourite programme via Google Chromecast. There is an excellent free WIFI connection available throughout the entire domain.

There is also a spacious, bright conservatory with a dining table and lounge chairs. The sliding windows can be opened half‑way. This brings the outdoors completely inside.

The villa has a large terrace with furniture and sunbeds. In the conservatory it is lovely to have breakfast or you can read a book there in the evening.

Sensation

Our little parade horse was only built in 2022 and has a large private rooftop terrace with a 360-degree view. From the rooftop terrace you can see the sea, the city of Alicante with its castle, the mountainous landscape and the garden.

On the rooftop terrace there is a lounge area, a daybed, lounge chairs and a garden set. A pergola provides shade when it gets too hot. In the evening you can enjoy the clear starry sky.

Inside everything is themed around upcycling with an eye for detail, making the decor very pure, unique and personal.
In the living room a large infinity window was installed, allowing you to witness the ever-changing light  of the rising sun on the mountains early in the morning.

There is a comfortable sofa and a dining table. You can watch television and stream your favourite programme via Google Chromecast.

There is also an excellent free WIFI connection available throughout the entire domain.

The bedroom with a comfortable 160x200 boxspring and ensuite bathroom ensures you a good night's sleep.

The bedroom has an air conditioning unit. And in every room of the apartment there is at least one window with a view.

If you want to cook on non-cooking days, you can use the fully equipped kitchen. 

Sensación is the highest located of all accommodations, keep this in mind if you are less mobile.
