General Booking Conditions

When you book a holiday home at Lavinia Naturist Resort, you agree to the following rental conditions. Please review them carefully before booking.

Bookings

1. You can book by phone or via the internet. These booking methods are binding. By confirming a booking request, these general booking conditions become effective. The client of this booking is jointly liable for fulfilling the various steps in the booking process and the rental conditions.

2. There are no booking fees associated with a booking when dealing directly with us, the owners.

3. To confirm your booking, you must pay a 50% deposit within 3 calendar days from the day of reservation, unless otherwise agreed with Lavinia Naturist Resort. From then on, your booking is definitive. You will receive an email immediately after booking with an invitation to pay the deposit.

4. The remaining amount is due no later than 49 calendar days before arrival, unless otherwise agreed with Lavinia Naturist Resort. After payment of this remaining amount, we will send you an email with holiday tips, practical advice, and arrangements.

5. For a booking made 49 days or less before arrival, full payment must be made immediately upon receipt of the booking confirmation. The amount must be transferred within 3 calendar days.

6. Both the deposit and the balance payment are made via transfer to the account

7. All potential costs associated with the payment transaction, such as bank fees, exchange rate differences, costs for credit card payments, etc., are borne by the renter and will be added to the guest's bill at the end of the stay.

8. For the comfort of our guests, we offer various common payment options for paying local services:

a. the Lavinia Naturist Resort holiday voucher,

b. cash,

c. Bizum

d. bank app,

e. SEPA bank transfer,

f. PINning with debit card

g. PINning with credit card from an amount of €150

9. Bookings are only definitive after confirmation by Lavinia, via email and after receipt of the full 50% deposit of the total amount.

10. If the deposit has not been made within 3 days, you will be notified. If the deposit is not received within 7 days after the booking, and after a reminder to pay, your reservation will be cancelled. You will be notified within 48 hours.

Practical

11. Check-in time is between 4:00 PM and 10:30 PM

12. Check-out time is at the latest by 10:30 AM.

13. Consult us regarding the possibility of an early check-in.

14. Consult us regarding the possibility of a late check-out.
