General Booking Terms and Conditions

When you book a holiday rental at Lavinia Naturist Resort, you agree to the following rental terms. Please read them carefully before making your booking.

Bookings

1. You can book by phone or online. These methods of booking are binding. By requesting a booking, these general booking terms and conditions come into effect. The person requesting the booking is solely responsible for completing the various steps in the booking process and adhering to the rental terms.

2. There are no booking fees associated with bookings made directly with us, the owners.

3. To confirm your booking, you must pay a deposit of 50% within 3 calendar days from the day of reservation, unless otherwise agreed with Lavinia Naturist Resort. After this, your booking is final. You will receive an email immediately after booking with an invitation to pay the deposit.

4. For reservations made for the 2027 season, we require a down payment of 10% of the total booking amount, with a minimum of €200. This amount is paid upon reservation. No later than 180 days before arrival, you will receive an email from us requesting an additional payment so that a total of 50% of the booking amount has been paid.

Once this amount has been fully received in our account, your booking for the 2027 season is definitively confirmed.
4. The remaining balance is due no later than 49 calendar days before arrival, unless otherwise agreed with Lavinia Naturist Resort. After payment of this remaining balance, we will send you an email with holiday tips, practical advice, and arrangements.

5. For bookings made 49 days or less before arrival, full payment must be made immediately upon receipt of the booking confirmation. The amount must be transferred within 3 calendar days.

6. Both the deposit and the final payment are made by transfer to the account:

c. Account holder: Lavinia Haco S.L

7. All possible costs associated with the payment transaction, such as bank charges, currency differences, costs for credit card payments, etc., are the responsibility of the renter and will be charged to the guest account at the end of the stay.

8. For the comfort of our guests, we offer various common payment methods for local services:

a. the Lavinia Naturist Resort holiday voucher,

b. cash,

c. Bizum

d. bank app,

e. SEPA bank transfer,

f. PIN payment with debit card

g. PIN payment with credit card from an amount of €150

9. Bookings are only final after confirmation by Lavinia, via email, and receipt of the full deposit of 50% of the total amount.

10. If the deposit is not paid within 3 days, you will be notified. If the deposit is not received within 7 days of booking, even after a payment reminder, your reservation will be cancelled. You will be informed of this within 48 hours.

Practical Information

11. Check-in time is between 4:00 pm and 10:30 pm

12. Check-out time is no later than 10:30 am.
