Some House Rules
1. We want your stay to be as pleasant as possible. Therefore, you are asked to report any defect as soon as possible, as well as any electrical failure or malfunction of a device in the villa, garden, or pool. Repairs or replacements will then be carried out as quickly as possible.
2. You agree to occupy the guest accommodation with the required care, respecting the quiet of the surroundings. If you or any other guest in the accommodation behaves in a way that causes disturbance or nuisance to other guests or residents, your further access to the accommodation may be denied: the lease agreement may then be considered automatically terminated, without any claim to a refund of the rent.
3. Smoking is not allowed inside the guest accommodations. Outside, smoking is only permitted on the terraces and common outdoor areas. Please always dispose of your cigarette butts in a ashtray.
4. No outside visitors are allowed.
5. Inappropriate behavior, physical or verbal aggression, offensive or sexual conduct, public sexual acts... are not tolerated. If such behavior is found, the lease will be terminated immediately, and the involved persons must leave Lavinia. The landlord – the management of Lavinia HaCo – makes this decision unilaterally. No refund will be made. These persons will also be barred from future rentals.
Liability
6. We accept no responsibility for damage, loss, defect, accident, injury, or anything else during your stay in our guest accommodation. Use of the pool and all other unguarded facilities on the property is at the renter’s own risk and that of anyone accompanying them. Parents or caregivers of children playing in or around the pool are fully and solely responsible. You stay entirely at your own risk with us.
7. The maximum number of people in the guest accommodation will not exceed the number recorded in the booking form, unless previously agreed with us.
8. In case of differences with non‑Dutch booking terms, the Dutch booking terms always prevail.
