Some house rules
1. We want your stay to be as pleasant as possible. You are therefore asked to report any defect as soon as possible, as well as any electrical breakdown or failure of an appliance in the villa, in the garden or the swimming pool. Repair or replacement will be carried out as soon as possible.
2. You agree to occupy the guest house with the required care, taking into account the peace and quiet of the surroundings. If you or one of the other guests in the guest house misbehave or cause nuisance or inconvenience to the other guests or the residents, you may be denied further access to the guest house: the rental agreement may then be considered terminated by operation of law, without any claim to reimbursement of the rental sum.
3. Smoking is not permitted in the guest rooms. Outside, smoking is only permitted on the terraces and communal outdoor areas. Please always “EXTINGUISH” cigarette butts in an ashtray.
4. No outside visitors are allowed.
5. Inappropriate behavior, physical or verbal aggression, offensive or sexual behavior, sexual acts in public... will not be tolerated. If this is found, the rental will be terminated immediately and the persons involved must leave Lavinia. The landlord - the management of Lavinia HaCo - decides unilaterally on this. In that case, there will be no refund. Rental will also no longer be possible for these persons.
Liability
6. We accept no responsibility for damage, loss, defect, accident, injury or whatever, during your stay in our guest house. The use of the swimming pool and all other unattended attributes on the domain is at the own risk of the tenant and all those accompanying him. Parents or guardians of children who play in or around the swimming pool are fully and exclusively responsible for it themselves. You stay with us entirely at your own risk.
7. The maximum number of persons in the guest house will not exceed the number stated in the booking form, unless this has been agreed with us in advance.
8. In the event of any discrepancies with booking conditions in a language other than Dutch, the Dutch booking conditions always take precedence.
